What to do with the new Habanero Coffee Rub!

Introducing the remarkable Habanero Coffee Rub and Mango Habanero Sauce! I recently embarked on a culinary adventure with some Baby Back ribs, and the outcome was nothing short of spectacular. These ribs were not only incredibly tender and flavorful but also remarkably easy to prepare.

To kick things off, I began by generously applying Voodoo Signature Spice and Voodoo Garlic Pepper Spice to the ribs. Afterward, I wrapped them up and let them rest in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, I unveiled the ribs and added a delightful layer of Mango Habanero Sauce, just enough to give them a hint of moisture. Then, the magic happened when I generously coated them with the Habanero Coffee Rub.

Allowing the flavors to meld, I let the ribs sit on the counter for a couple of hours. Once they were perfectly seasoned, I placed them in the smoker at a steady temperature of 220-230 degrees Fahrenheit for about 3 hours.

After this initial smoking phase, I carefully wrapped the ribs in foil, adding some brown sugar and butter to enhance the taste. They returned to the smoker, now set at 250 degrees, for another 1.5 hours.

To achieve that delectable outer texture, I unwrapped the ribs and let them cook for an additional half-hour. This step gave the ribs a delightful texture that's sure to please your taste buds.

I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with the results. This mouthwatering journey with the Habanero Coffee Rub and Mango Habanero Sauce promises to be a culinary delight you'll want to experience again and again!
